These Cadbury Cream Egg Cookie Cups are definitely the most dangerous treat I have posted to date!
I unfortunately can’t take the credit for this one, I stumbled upon it on a great blog, InKatrinasKitchen…so your thighs can blame Katrina…not me!
I will let her fantastic recipe speak for itself, but now that I have made these bad boys, I will add these tips/reminders to help you get the best results!
Tips and Tricks For This Recipe
- Use any cookie recipe you would like, but ensure the cookies typically come out more solid. I initially tried Dr Oetker cookie dough and some fell apart because they are very soft even after baking!
- I had to heat the cream a little right before putting it in the cookie cups to make it more liquid.
- If you are using something to manually press the cookie into a cup (I used the base of a shot glass), make sure you do it when the cookies are mostly cooled, and you have loosened them from the muffin tray!
Thats it! Find all the details of this deliciously easy recipe below!
