I’m not one to choose the convenience of pre-made if I can do it myself! That being said, trial and error is a huge part of my life!
Since I was diagnosed with PCOS in 2014, I’ve become much more aware of what is in our food, and how the ingredients impact our bodies.
My label reading was getting tiresome, so I figured “what would make label reading easier?”…no labels!
Bread is probably one of the hardest things to “replicate” a store bought version of, but it is possible!
It took me many months of trial and error with various recipes, various flours, a variety of everything really! But, I am proud to say without a doubt in my mind, this is The Only Homemade Bread Recipe You’ll Ever Need!
It has a nice crust that holds together, slices easily, is a perfect texture for sandwiches, and tastes amazing! As in, I’m pretty sure I can hear my taste buds saying “Whoa Mama!” every time I take a bite…True story!
This recipe can also be used to make dinner rolls!
Just roll them into balls just a little larger than a golf ball before placing in the pan, and bake for about 15-20 minutes after the “rise time”.
I will be the first to admit, I am not phenomenal in the kitchen! I am not one of those people that can just create.
I am, however, one of the most determined people you will ever meet, so trial and error is a walk in the park for me, because I’m not stopping until I get it!
If this recipe was easy for me, then it will probably bake itself for you! Enjoy!
